This module displays the information related to agent activity. The admin can
check the status of any agent or call by choosing appropriate filter(s) like:
i)On call- displays the details of agents engaged with an ongoing call or are active.
ii)Waiting- displays the details of agents waiting for a call.
iii)Logged out – displays the details of agents who have logged out.
iv) On break – displays details of agents on break
v) Wrap up – agents who are at the verge of wrap up.
