The Webhook module allows the system to send real-time event notifications to an external URL. It is used for integrating the IP-PBX system with third-party applications or services.
By enabling webhooks, the system can automatically push event data (such as call events, registrations, or system activities) to a configured endpoint.
Here, the following details are available:
- Webhook URL – The destination endpoint where event data will be sent.
- Events – Specifies which system events will trigger the webhook notifications.
- Email – Optional email associated with webhook notifications or alerts.
- Description – Provides a brief explanation of the webhook functionality.
- Status Toggle – Enables or disables the webhook functionality.
The admin can use this module to:
- Integrate the system with external applications (CRM, monitoring tools, etc.)
- Receive real-time updates about system activities
- Automate workflows based on triggered events
- Monitor and manage webhook configurations easily
The webhook configuration can be updated anytime, and changes will take effect immediately once enabled.
