Jobs

The Jobs module allows the admin to create and manage automated backup tasks for the IP-PBX system. These jobs help in scheduling regular backups to ensure data safety and easy recovery in case of system issues.

This module provides a centralized view of all configured backup jobs along with their execution details.


Add new (Jobs)

Click the “Create” button to save the job configuration.

NameThe name of the Job
Destination nameSelect the preferred destination server for backup
Backup FrequencyThe backup of the job frecquency either weekly or monthly
Week DaysSelect the days of the week when job should run
Backup atThe time at which job should run
Notify atThe E-Mail for job status notification
Include RecordingsEnable or disable the inclusion of the recordings in the backup job
EnabledWhether the Job is enabled or disabled

All records can be edited or updated as per requirements. Regular checks are recommended to ensure backups are running successfully.
