The Caller ID Numbers module allows the admin to manage and configure outbound caller ID numbers used in the system. These numbers are displayed to recipients when outbound calls are made and can also be associated with specific campaigns or applications.
This module helps in organizing multiple caller IDs and assigning them based on different use cases such as outbound campaigns, departments, or services.

This screen displays the list of all configured caller ID numbers in the system.
Add Caller ID Number

This screen allows the admin to add a new caller ID number.
Click the “Add Caller Id Number” button to save the entry.
The following details need to be configured:
